Outlook | productivity with Outlook’s ‘Snooze’ function (Mac)

I’ve been using Outlook on a Mac for the last few years; currently at v16.61 on my Macbook Mini M1.

One of the most useful features is the ability to Snooze a particular email. Here’s a quick overview of How to Snooze a mail and some particular use cases I find super helpful.

Simply select the mail you want to Snooze and either click Snooze on the taskbar, as in the image below, or right-click on the mail and select Snooze from the menu.
